Fill out our pre-tenancy application form – to include two referees, preferably current or previous employer and current or previous landlord.
We will conduct a reference and credit check and will contact you if your application is successful or not.
Conduct a Condition Entry Report on the property, together.
Pay in advance the rental payment and bond before we hand over the keys to your new home.
** If your budget is tight, then a room-by-room rental may be just what you are looking for. We supply affordable, shared housing, which means a tidy home providing you with your own lockable bedroom space and a shared kitchen, living/dining room area and bathroom. Whiteware, TV, WiFi and electricity are also supplied, as well as a weekly cleaner.
