Fair and open communication is a priority for us – both with the property owner and the tenant. Conflict is often due to a breakdown in communication, which is where a property manager makes the difference.
We will make immediate contact with regard to important matters and resolution of issues such as a late rental payment, or when property repairs are required... but we won’t get in touch unnecessarily. You hire us to free you from the day-to-day hassles that we have the expertise to deal with.
Our office is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday. It will closed on some public holidays. If you need to make contact outside our office hours please text Tracy at 021 884452 and she will reply as soon as possible. For less urgent matters you can email tracy@dominionproperty.nz
